Anne Alexis Bennett Alexander - Founder of The Eco Incubator
Hello, I am the Founder of The Eco-Incubator. Having both traditional and global education, I wear many hats. After receiving two degrees from the University of Georgia, I went abroad to earn a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London.
Continuing my work and career advancement overseas, I amassed extensive knowledge in food and community integration, holistic healing methods, and sustainable living practices. I returned to the U.S.A. to continue my education, earning a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and certification in both Orthomolecular Nutrition (food as medicine) and as a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner.
Using a Reality Therapy based theoretical model, I incorporates both Holistic Nutrition/Orthomolecular Nutrition, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into individualized therapeutic protocols. I have cultivated my ability to make meaningful connections with people from all walks of life, by dedicating many years to counseling individuals and communities (LGBTQ, Crisis, Substance Abuse, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Domestic Violence), and receiving education in the many facets of human interaction and development at the international scale. I bring optimistic energy, expansive creativity, and an openminded perspective to my work; offering skilled, nonjudgmental, straightforward advice and practices that individuals can incorporate into their everyday life to improve health and wellness.
