This position requires the ability to identify general community needs as well as services necessary for special populations. Help the entire community raise its impact points through interactive educational opportunities and events.

EcoProject Manager 


DESCRIPTION : An EcoProject Manger plans and oversees projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This individual plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed the entire way. 


  • Determine and define project scope and objectives

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

  • Track project costs in order to meet budget

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

DESCRIPTION : An EcoFarm manager is responsible for the daily planning, organization, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates. This individual ensures that this is done in the most eco friendly way possible.

  • Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products

  • Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers

Director of Virtual Outreach


DESCRIPTION : A Director of Virtual Outreach is a social media specialist who attracts and interacts with targeted virtual communities and networks users via a variety of social media platforms including websites.


  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

DESCRIPTION :  An EcoInterior designer makes interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting and developing comfort through the use of decorative items and the balance of colors, lighting, and materials. This individual will utilize up-cycled, recycled, and eco friendly materials as well as transitional furnishings to design cutting edge eco-interior living scapes. Reading blueprints and CAD, knowledge of building codes and inspection regulations, as well as universal accessibility standards are a must.


  • Search for and bid on new projects

  • Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project

  • Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space

  • Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts

  • Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

  • Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs

  • Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements

  • Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project

  • Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied



DESCRIPTION : The role of an EcoLandscaper is to build and maintain gardens, parks and other outdoor landscapes. Their duties include ensuring plant growth, cleaning outdoor facilities, and trimming overgrown hedges. As the EcoLandscaper, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures in a way that is toxin free and eco friendly cultivating symbiosis with the local environment. The ideal candidate is creative, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.


  • Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks.

  • Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.

  • Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth.

  • Take out weeds and dead plants.

  • Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.

  • Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.

  • Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.

  • Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.

  • Advise clients on how to look after the landscape.

  • Coordinate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure the garden meets the client's expectations.
